Tetrad Discovery Limited (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This policy (together with any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any Personal Data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your Personal Data and how we will treat it.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Laws.

“Data” means information which is stored electronically, on a computer, or in certain paper-based filing systems;
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person and where referred to in this policy includes special categories of Personal Data.
We will collect and process the following Data about you:
Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site (www.t4bio.com.com, www.tetraddiscovery.com, www.tetraddubai.com )(“our site”) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our services and/or updates, register your interest in a property or properties, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site, and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information and personal description. Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we will automatically collect the following information:
technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, domain names, and referring website addresses.
information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time).
Information we receive from other sources. This is information we receive about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. In this case we will have informed you when we collected that data if we intend to share those data internally and combine it with data collected on this site. The only cookie our system generates is PHPSESSID – a random number which identifies the session. is erased when the browser is closed.
We use information held about you in the following ways: 1)processing of an enquiry form completed by you; 2) processing a request for further information or expressing an interest in one or more of our properties or services; 3)providing your information to our marketing department who may contact you by post, telephone or email to request feedback and comments on our services or to provide information to you which may be of interest to you; 4) providing your information to our agents and service providers for the purposes set out in 3 above; 5)if applicable processing your application for employment and we shall retain a copy of your CV in case of suitable future opportunities.

Under our data retention policy, your Personal Data will not be stored for any longer than is necessary. How long Personal Data is retained will depend upon the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected.
