• Experimental design:
  In collaboration with our clients we design the most efficient, scientific and cost effective studies to help key decision making. 
• Histology:
  Full array of histological paraffin embedded tissue techniques. Comprehensive service from organ to histological/toxicological readings across all tissues. We catalogue an extensive range of tailored staining methods to support your histological needs including but not limited to H&E, Massons Trichrome, Sirius Red, Safranin-O, Reticulin (silver impregnation), PAS, PAS-D, and Alizarin Red.
• Immunohistochemistry:
  Bespoke immunohistochemistry protocol development, fully optimised and validated with appropriate controls to meet your project needs. a list of immuno protocols include but not limited to are Alpha-Smooth Muscle Actin (α-SMA), Periostin, Ki-67, Caspase 3, 15-Lipoxygenase (15-LO), Nerve Growth factor (NGF), Pan-Cytokeratin, Cytokeratin-5, Cytokeratin-14, Uteroglobin/CC-10 and Surfactant Proteins A, C and D.
• Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) support:
  Tailored analysis of biological agents including Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics and the measurement of endogenous and exogenous monoclonal antibodies, therapeutic proteins/peptides.
• ELLA:

• Biomarker analysis:
  Analysis from all sources of biological samples and non-human species utilising traditional and novel methods including Absorbance, Flourescence, Luminescence,  ELISA based assays, SDS-Page electrophoresis, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Magpix and ELLA analyte immunoassays.
• Determination of Anti-Drug antibodies (ADA) and their functional activity:
  Tetrad Discovery will develop and optimise custom assays for characterisation of ADA’s.
• DiscoverX:
  Functional cell-based in-vitro pharmacological profiling services with a variety of endpoints using Path hunter luminescent bioassays.
• Cell based assays / Cell culture:
  Methods to assess cytotoxicity, cell metabolic pathways, assess small molecules in cell based therapies, experimental design of bespoke cell based assays to screen large molecule drug candidates.
• Laboratory report writing:
